Mark Scroggins is a poet, biographer, and literary critic. He has written The Poem of a Life: A Biography of Louis Zukofsky, two collections of essays and reviews, and a book on the British fantasy author Michael Moorcock. His other books of poetry are Anarchy (2003) and Red Arcadia (2012). Torture Garden: Naked City Pastorelles was published in 2011.
